Bertrand Guégan

Hi, I'm Bertrand Guégan and I compose music for video games (Lucy Dreaming, Heir of The Dog, The Interval, GZDoom...). 

When I'm not composing custom music for a client, I'm producing game music packs for you to use, in the genre of games I like to play the most : pointandclick adventures, fantasy and sci-fi RPG, RTS and FPS. 

I have to admit, as a kid who grew up in the 90's playing lots of DOS games on PC, I tend to have a soft spot for retro music from the "golden age". That's why I have a second youtube channel, under the nickname of RetroVGM, that is exclusively dedicated to that specific genre. 

I'm using either vintage hardware or the best of emulation as the core of these productions. That's why it always sounds very authentic.  Nostalgic vibes guaranteed!

Finally, as a former audio engineer in a recording studio, I have full control of the audio chain from recording to mastering. By using the latest mixing and mastering tools and technics, my music is always up to industry standards. 

I highly support indie game development and I'm very friendly.  I also love to compose music for game jams on my free time.
